It's a reference to restaurants that don't have a huge reputations but it's great place. So in this case Rick and Morty has no reputations or not advertise as much as Adult swim should because it's great show and very unique.
Oh, I see what you mean now. And yeah, I agree. It's free on their website too, so there is like no reason for people to not watch it.
