Well, come on, how many times are movies going to be remade. Can't anyone in Hollywood come up with original material. The 1970 version is the best, the next one, eh, I won't even consider seeing the new one.

One of my favorite movies is Vanishing Point, I enjoy muscle car chase scenes, I think it came out in 1970. Of course it was remade and it stunk.

As is the case with a lot of movies, the original was gold. And why disrespect a good film with a horrible remake? Just let it be.

I didn't mind the 2005 version, especially since Roald Dahl didn't like the first one. I think the original 1970 and 2005 versions are good in their own ways. But the one that just came out? It feels like it was came up with for a generic movie title, then in a board meeting, someone got a raise for proposing to associate with Willy Wonka so they "could make millions".

I own Adobe 2010 creative suite, DVD's with key codes not cloud. I also have Read/Write software which uses cloud and is very restrictive unless you buy / subscribe to these such as editing, an expensive way for customers, so I just use my old software and it works fine. But agree, MS 365 Office and other developers are the same.
