      Girlfriend has been in and out of hospital over the last week. Family came to take her home from university and I had to meet her older sister, her mum, and her step-dad all at once. Absolutely sickening experience.

        Thanks! Just had a bit of a struggle finding an antibiotic that worked on what she came down with, and then there was concern about her developing sepsis the longer it lingered in her system. She conveniently started feeling much better after I had to endure that situation where I've got 3 people I need to leave a good impression on all at once, 1 of which I wasn't expecting to be there till he got out of the car 💀

        F76 has had a bit of a NMS thing happen to it tbf, I am far more concerned about their devs taking to Twitter to criticise their fanbase for 'not understanding how hard it is to develop games' because their fans didn't enjoy their latest game at all and said why, and then capitalising on the Fallout TV show hype by releasing a game-breaking update to Fallout 4. A truly weird, weird company.

Nothing like throwing some Burberry on, slipping on your Adidas Gazelles, guzzling several pints of Stella, and going out to batter some Italians during a trip to the Netherlands and causing a stadium disaster that gets every English team banned from European competition until 1992.🍋

      House got burgled while me and my girlfriend slept alone in her house. Landlord’s living room TV stolen (💀). Police interview on New Year’s Eve. Topped off by the shower door exploding while she was in the shower and me spending the whole day cleaning up the glass 💀💀💀

        Nothing makes me more unsettled than a thief. Thankfully for my sake and theirs, our paths haven't crossed yet. Never say never. Sorry this happened to you. Hope they catch the S-O-B. Jeez, I hope the glass didn't hurt her badly. Glass shards are nothing to play with. Sorry man. That's some stress there!

        I don't think they'll catch them. My girlfriend (student forensic scientist/aspiring CSI), the police officer who took our statements, and the crime scene investigator believe that it was the next door neighbours - but there just isn't enough evidence to start throwing the accusation around officially, and it's doubtful there ever will be.

        Girlfriend wasn't hurt too bad by the shower door though. Had a big gash on her fingertip that made the blood loss look waaay worse than it was and gave me a fright when I went in to help, but she got lucky with that being the worst of it. Hoping 2024 brings us some better luck though 💀💀

      Playing Minecraft with the Mrs. In awe of how much stuff has been added in the half a decade since I last properly played. Saw a toad. Admired the toad. Toads are cool. Then she ran in from the corner of my screen and beat it to death with a shovel. Tears.

      Pretty much lived at my gf's flat for the past 2 weeks. Came home today. On the train I attempted to wrap my arm around around her in the chair next to me even though she wasn't there. Made cups of tea for 2 people when I got home. Sniffing her hoodie in bed rn. Hate life.

      Girl I'm seeing dyed her hair today. She snapped me with her black hair covered in bleach foils. I said "are you dyeing your hair?" An hour later she snapped back and now had red hair. I said "oh cool, what colour?" Realised what I'd just done after I hit send.
