I'm starting the next semester for school tomorrow. Trying to finish up the math part of the prerequisites. Going slow and steady just trying to knock out a 2 year degree for IT. I'll be 33 years old this year, and I'm not getting any younger so I think it's wise to try to get this done before I hit 40 years old.
I come along way from the time to quit Minecraft to now. Knowing and learning about health and nutrition helped put me on the right path to recovering my health hopefully. When I quit playing in 2015 I had no idea what was wrong with me, and the doctors I went to all didn't know. You are given the impression that a doctor knows about health, but they really don't.. at least in western medicine.
I'm not saying doctors are clueless about everything. There is a place for a doctor if you have a severe injury that requires surgery to fix, or if you have something like a pneumonia, but when it comes to chronic illnesses they are clueless. Anyway I'm on a plan to try to get back to wellness 100%, just following the rules for the protocol to the T. It takes at least 2 years to get much better.
I'm to the point now where I can go shopping alone, and able to play games that are fast paced. It's been 5 years since I've been able to do 20 pushups and I did 20 in a row last week so I'm definitely improving. Been working at this new protocol for 3 months now. hmmm hopefully on the right track? Feels right at least bro. I started feeling off in 2011, and just progressed worse every year til now.
Wow todd, first that is awesome to hear age does not matter my friend everyone goes down their path at different times. The break was a much needed break then, and doing so you found yourself more, and figured out everything. It makes me happy to hear that you are making progress, and everything is starting to go your way.
You already know i'm here for you, and many people are here always thinking about you, and wanting to know how you are doing. If you need anything you know where to find us, and I am happy to hear everything health and everything in between! Take things one at a time, and you know what's best for you so keep it up!
