I meant fist. As in the thing you get from killing Swan. It's not like, a really angry number one you can smash people's skulls in with or anything... although that would be pretty cool too.
I don't think I've ever used a switchblade in Fallout 4. I did once or twice in my first Fallout 3 save because I killed the radroaches attacking Butch's mum, but I hit her by mistake and aggro'd them both. After splattering his mum's brains over her bed and smearing Butch's childhood dreams all over his living room carpet, I looted his corpse and took his switchblade.
