Pro-tip. High intensity workout isn't great for burning fat. It'll build muscle, but will do very little to actually get rid of excess fat. Slow jogs and walking will do much more to help than pumping iron.
I have a class in school where I work out. I usually walk to get rid of fat. Also I lifted a 200 pound weight today with my legs >-< God damn never knew i'd lift that much weight.
