I win about 75% of my rebel games, and don't see what the fuss is about when people say it's hard. All you have to do is capture the uplinks for as long as possible and then actually shoot the darn things!
Oh a good tip is using a personal shield and activating the uplink :)

I haven't unlocked the personal shield thing yet :P

And I don't want to get rid of the thermal detonator or my cycler rifle :P

You don't have to, it's the other slot. Also, do you not have a jump pack then?! IMO that's a lot better than TD's or the sniper, very good for playing the objective :)

Ah. I've only used the shield in the survival game mode (which is way too easy :P). Only managed to get in an X-Wing this morning (and subsequently crashed it multiple times into the AT-ATs). And I'm aiming to get the jet pack before the Beta ends, because it gives some really good advantages.

The survival is limited to wave 5, so it's supposed to be easy. Plus the other difficulties are locked until the full game! I think we all know the main reason is because storm troopers can't aim for poop, so the game has stuck true to the films <3

I can literally circle them for as long as I want, and they turn around as slow as possible :P
