They got the level of action and destruction right. The maps feel small and very corridor-like, though, and the whole 'you need a power-up to fly in a Y-Wing!' thing is a load of bull. Multiplayer-only (pretty much) and no space battles is also crap. I might have actually liked the game more if it was better than Battlefront 2.
I personally don't mind the powerup drop thingies for vehicles and heroes, as for space battles I can see that coming as an update or dlc. I think the beta is great so far, I hope the full game comes with more customisation and weapons etc but other than that it's looking great! For a beta, it runs suprisingly smooth - I was in the rainbow six siege beta last week and that was a mess with all the bugs and crashes
