If you are still stuck, please contact a moderator on the server for help. You can get a hold of them by typing the command /staff. If there is one on the same smp as you, contact them by using /tell username message.
If you need to go to another smp to contact them type /smp#, where # is the smp number that moderator is on (listed in parentheses by their name under the /staff command), then do the /tell command mentioned earlier.
Make sure you mention the server it is occurring at if you need to switch servers. They'll see if they can help you out. :)
