Not to be rude, but I did not, nor have I ever, done something so stupid as to agree with something that'll shut down Minecraft and Youtube, websites like that. We're not focusing on that, the only reason I knew what a ghost IP was was because on a terraria server I played on, the owner gave a lexture about ghost IPs when some dude came on the server with it. The point is, that's what could happen, if this said person was smart enough. I don't even know how to load mods, so I'd be the last to know how to make a ghost IP.

How many accounts do you think he has?Doesn't matter how he covers his ip if he lacks an account to use.

I think the real issue with him covering his IP is that we may be led to believe that his griefing squad has TWO members. Then we'd be scared.

I got kicked out of a local bar last night when the bouncer caught me peeing in the sink in the mens room.
They charge $8 for a "Drink till you drown" special... Bud Light and Budweiser draft, all you can drink from 8pm to 1am... They should know better than to have only 2 toilets and 2 urinals and 2 sinks at waist height for such a super deal... I was a bit rowdy but dammit, I had to pee and there was a long line and my body was done renting the 4th pitcher of beer, and 3rd game of beer pong where I drank most of the cups*...
