I am proposing a TRADE chat that works like local chat but can be used for only chat pertaining to sales and auctions of such and only seen by others in trade chat. People Screaming "Cheap Leaves at xxxx" is kind of annoying. I also think a Job Chat can be incorporated, though most likley not as its own chat system.
I think this is a very good idea, the only thingI have against it is that minecraft offers so little room in the chat...currently there's no option in the official application to change the font size, and as a result the chat is pretty cramped. But for empire, i would definitely support this. Sometimes you just want to have conversations with those in town, and sometimes you're in the mood for trading : P
I have already suggested this in another thread, it seams to be thrown around by a lot of people now:
why not have a bullhorn system, pay an amount of rupees and it lets you broadcast an advertisement or something.
