[Suggestion] In Game Messages About Updates.

  1. My idea is that when an update is coming up (about 1 week or so) messages should be issued in game so that users know not to update, then we have less about downgrading etc.

    Here is what it should look like:

  2. As long as I can switch it off. One of the best things about emc are the toggle able server messages. The vote messages were getting annoying for that reason...
