I would put the starting bid at around 200k, since 19k is a bit low for a DC of diamonds

I actually don't need that many...
But the rules say that I have to have a DC for regular items.

If you could donate or sell a few stacks, I would be grateful.

Reverse auctions don't work in that way. Just post a thread in the Businesses section saying how many diamonds you really need and how much you are willing to pay. Reverse auctions are for when you want an ongoing bid for something you need in bulk really.
