   Have you tried on smp2? According to the live map there are lots of open recidences.

   Go to smp2.EmpireMinecraft.com and join the Empire. Once you have completed the tutorial, you will be given instructions on how to claim your residence. smp1 is full, it has been for a very long time now. This is why smp2 was created. Read the news on main page. This will help you much more than just creating new threads to ask questions that are clearly addressed elsewhere.
