res reset

  3. You cant reset other peoples reses. Only your friend (or anyone on your friend's account) can reset your friends res.

  6. What he means is, only the people with given access to your friends account can reset it. Is there a reason why your friend can't log on and reset it himself? Is he temp-banned? If so, he will have to wait for the ban to be lifted so he can reset it himself.
