Random Smp3 crashes?

So starting about 3 days ago whenever I connect to Smp3 I start to lag. Then about 1-3 minutes later it kicks me with this message.

And it does this every time.
I have played on every other Smp since this started happening and it has never given me this message when I lost connection.
I don't believe this problem is on my side because this only ever happens to me on smp3. But if it is I am sorry for this forum post.
If you can can you please help me in the comments?

Nope. My laptop is a little over a month old and and has never had any problems.

Try rebooting your modem/router, similar things happen to me and that seems to do the trick

It's pretty unusual how the other servers work for you, just not SMP 3. Maybe try rebooting you computer/router?

This happens to me if my ping gets to high.

I was having a similar problem 2 dyas ago. I just waited it out and it fixed itself
