Listing an IP or MC server would not be allowed. For a Event wise server, you would have to contact Krysyy to verify it for an event.
Well, saying spleef, skywars, or eggwars/bedwars could be used in different ways so I'm going to answer your question with "It depends" If you say: "I'm going to play X" it really isn't advertising, it is just recognizing their existance. but if you say: "Anyone want to play X with me" that could be considered advertising because it is promoting the other server(s) which have those games. (X being games mentioned in the first sentence) Disclaimer: this is my opinion, and it could be different than that of what EMC staff policies/guidelines state, so yeah... Keep that in mind.
