From what i have seen most reses only have sale value if they are right beside spawn... or a special location like pvp. Occasoonally someone may buy a res with a really special number... but there are so many personal opinions involved its hard to tell... For example someone may really like the second res there if they eere a truck driver... 10-4 hundred. I kinda do like the first one myself... just because it would read identically upside-down... 808 ..... 808... see? (Here i picture a lot of you flipping your computer screens...) But in general if its a regular res... cant see anyone paying more than the 5000r derelict purchase price.
Just to add a note to this...Someone might be willing to pay for the res if it has an amazing build on it or it it's next to an awesome staff member.
