website you have here and everything is laid out very nicely.

This is one of the most common problems, just close MC and wait a few minutes before opening it again.

I've another problem.. Sorry. Where is that tutorial thing that you have to complete before you can actually play?

When you join one of the smp servers it will put you into the tutorial

You spawn inside it.

Or, if you did not, that is because you interacted with the site (rupee related giveaways) before completing the tutorial.
