Logs usually close at about 8-13k on auction. People don't like bidding unless it's starting price is about 3k. The type of logs doesn't seem to matter too much, you'll just get a better price if you're not flooding the market with one type. Converting to charcoal can also up the price a bit in most cases. I don't keep an eye on the rest as much. I'd say just do a few searches for recent auctions.
