PC Build Help

  1. So, if any of you remember this thread, where I was asking for help on picking a Macbook, I've changed my mind. :p I'm building a PC with a budget of $1000-$1100, and I'm a bit over that right now so any suggestions to lower the cost would be appreciated. I'd love to maybe have some cash left over to spend on peripherals. If anyone has monitor recommendations that would be great too.

I'm not planning on overclocking, and my primary uses are going to be gaming and programming.
My main question right now is whether it would be worth it to upgrade to the GTX 770 instead of the 760, and if it matters who makes the GPU. (Logical Increments recommended 4 brands so I picked one of those). I'm also wondering if a Bronze 80+ rating is good enough or if I should spend more for Silver/Gold 80+

I also probably care too much about how it looks and that's why I have the white RAM and a motherboard that might be overkill but I think looks cool. I'm going with a black/white/blue theme and might switch to the white NZXT 530.
