Hi, Here's my situation... I need to change my email for this account, because I locked myself out of the email, due to my own stupidity. I went to minecraft.net in hopes of updating my accounts info there, but it asked me to send it a verification code which is just going to be sent to the email I can't access, of course. Now... in that case it allowed me to associate my phone number to account at that moment and the let me login anyhow. However, it's also forcing me to wait 30 days for that change to happen, which means I can't access the account to change the email to something else. So, I'm hoping that after the waiting period it'll still let me in and if so will I need an entirely new email address to associate to that account, that's not been used for any other minecraft account I have (I've three I use)? Beyond having to wait that period to change the email, I'm then left questioning what that means for my account here, because I saw a notice that says, "If you change your email, you may need to reconfirm your account." What does that entail? Will a code go out to the email address I can't access? So... in summary, my questions are this: - Do I need an entirely new email account for every minecraft alias I have? - What happens when I change my email here?
