Ok so I am reaaaaaally busy with stuff IRL and in game atm, and I need someone to design AND build my hotel. There are no requirements except that all the rooms have to be oak/birch plank striped. Apart from that, you can do whatever. But, there are specific room types (info at the info room at the hotel) and also large and small. I will NOT let you build straight away, you have to PM me with design info and preferably pics with samples, and we can discuss prices.
