Hi guys my company has reached 15 workers i am getting more requests per day and i want more workers so i decided to get a entry fee 10k-20k depends on your job that you want. And some of my workers get 5k-20k per day. My res is on smp7 so come hope i have you as a worker.
well i am doing this because i want to get the best workers and i need something only few people would do because i am getting to many replies for jobs. And some of my workers get 15k-45k per week so think about it
If people are willing to spend 10-20k, then they're probably not willing to be your worker. Staff don't pay you. You pay staff.
Well, I do enjoy the idea, however I don't think this is the right way to get tonnes of workers... First off: the workers of the company usually wish to be paid by the employer, rather than vice versa. In fact, the point of being an employee is to be able to apply for a job based on how good you are at the job, and what benefits the company could have from hiring you as an employee. So, that being said, I don't think it's a good idea to be asking your workers for money (hence the name "employee" and not "person that pays me money to work for me" ) I definitely won't stop you from implementing this idea into your system, however I'm just giving you a friendly warning: most people won't want to pay for a job.
hi guys i just came on and i say my brother doing this weird idea for paying to work so you can work for free at my res so come to my res on Smp7 and i will help you to hopefuly get a job at my res thanks for understanding and some times my brother does dum stuff so just come to my res.
