Important! This week’s snapshot is extra experimental! This week we’ve started working on separating the server logic from the client. The purpose of this is both to make it easier for us to add features (since we don’t have to implement stuff “twice”), and also to make it possible for you to invite people to play on your local computer without setting up a server. In other words, more like how it works on Minecraft: Pocket Edition. The work has not been completed yet, though, but a snapshot’s a snapshot. However, the game should still run fine, and we’ve also made some other tweaks: More fixes to silk touch and block picking Wooden tools work in furnaces Villagers spawned from spawning eggs will get a random profession Updated language files Etc… Get the snapshot here: Client: http://assets.minecraft.net/12w18a/minecraft.zip* (See below!) Server: Just play on the empire // The Minecraft Team * The client now comes with both the client-side and the server-side JAR files. The file called “minecraft.jar” should be in your “.minecraft/bin” folder as usual, and the “minecraft_server.jar” file should be in a folder called “.minecraft/server”. If you havent downloaded Minecraft you can grab it here: www.minecraft.net/download
that is not what we are saying. it is not implied here any where here. when he said server he meant it at don't update or you won't be able to play on EMC
its on the wiki this was found on the wiki page Cocoa Beans Cocoa Beans Type Wool dyes, Food Durability 3 (Data) Renewable Yes (in 12w18a) Stackable Yes (64) Data value dec: 351 hex: 15F Cocoa Beans (also known as the Brown Dye) are a material used for making Cookies and brown wool. Cocoa Beans were initially introduced in the Beta 1.2 update, but were not able to be obtained without an Inventory Editor. As of Beta 1.4, Cocoa Beans were formally brought into the game as a reward found in dungeon chests.[1] (53% chance) Also as of Beta 1.4, brown sheep naturally spawn which made obtaining brown wool easier. In 12w16a, cocoa beans are obtainable in bonus chests. In 12w18a, cocoa beans have a small (0.5%) chance of dropping from destroyed jungle tree leaves in a similar fashion to apples, making cocoa beans a renewable source of material for the first time. Jeb Said during his Dreamhack presentation that cocoa trees are pending.[2] Cocoa Beans are among the rarest obtainable items on old maps (after cookies) as they can only be found in dungeons generated after the 1.4 patch. The use of cookies as a 'trophy item' gives cocoa considerable value on unmodified servers, even more so than diamonds. With cocoa beans now being obtainable from jungle trees in 12w18a, they are no longer as rare. http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Cocoa_Beans
