What do you have to get to upload Thumbnails?

what do you mean?

you have to get a certain amount of views or something to be allowed to upload thumbnails, i'm wondering what it is, because you have thumbnails.

Hmm, I'm not sure. I did have a couple of videos I uploaded like a year ago that got a couple hundred views but are currently private. I don't think I had thumbnails for those but I'm not sure if I even tried. When I did a couple EMC videos back in December I was able to use thumbnails.
