To code the blocks where only the player have place the plock in the wild/nether can remove it and of course the mods/admins too? (Just a thought)
I've seen a plugin or whatever it was like that before, in a different server, but here there's no way to do that.
You will get the chance to claim wild lands, once the dragon tomb update is out. It is not easy to obtain land though.
Right now the Wild is pretty much open for everyone - obviously no griefing, ect. - but as Hasorko said, claiming land will be available eventually.
