I can't help but feel it will be a very watered down version of the PC version. Could be wrong, of course. In any case, it just seems like a PC game to me, not a console game. Also, I don't have an Xbox 360, I have a PS3 and a Wii, and I'm sad that Mojang is playing favorites with a single of the current generation of gaming consoles.
Xbox 360 it seems has a broader variety of players. You have kids playing, teens, college students, adults, and plenty of females. They also seem to be the best at publicity for their games and have more content in their in game store. Pretty sure Anonymous has only hacked PSN, as Wii doesn't even really have an online functionality capable of hacking, or worthwhile.
Still though, people hacked PSN's servers, while Xbox has minor league hackers on a few games, but most are mods.
I agree has to be water down in some ways, controlling or command button are limited on a console compared to a keyboard keys. I would say you get play it on tv screen but you can buy a cable that will let do that, hmm playing MC on my 62inch epic :O
I'd just like to point out that I own both an Xbox 360 and a PS3 and they don't have any difference in diversity when it comes to online play. I've met the same types of people on both systems. Also, the PSN store has plenty of content that's the same as on XBL plus the PS3 exclusive stuff. The same can be said for the 360. They aren't as different as everyone thinks As for Minecraft coming out on the 360 only, I don't think it's fair to PS3 users to be excluded. When it comes down to it though I think I'll still be playing Minecraft more on PC instead
Yeah the i-pod version sucks cuz u can't expect alot out of something that only has apps which r only tibbits of a game and Minecraft is a huge game so in conclusion u and everyone who bought it wasted their money
