Welcome to the Empire, Zulu! I remember when my SMP3 lot and even my SMP2 lot were forests. It's always a precursor.
Well half of my res is a forest now. The rest is a big house and a farm for wheat, sugar cane and all sorts of animals. Some cacti too and working on mushrooms. But sure it is a starter thing and by far not as evolved as some of the epic lots I visited. I only sell homegrown stuff at the shop so please don't mind if I am not the cheapest on all things
