HI i need some help

  1. em i have tryed to vote for rupees but its says: ****** is not a paid Minecraft account, or Minecraft.net is having issues and we are unable to check your username at this time.

    why it says that i have ben banned but i shuld get the permission if its an perm

    "******" thats mean i just no't want to say my name ther xD
