Firstly, I advise you contact EMC staff to get your account deactivated (banned), to prevent the hacker doing anything. If it's your EMC account that's being hacked, they'll be able to tell if it's an EMC player hacking your account, too. Then change your Minecraft password at https://account.mojang.com/resetpassword/request And your EMC one at http://empireminecraft.com/lost-password/
This happened to me yesterday... I was playing on a server and got kicked for logging in from another location. I immediately asked to be temp banned from that server so I could change my password, I am lucky my empire account wasn't affected. I think the person just have had an ip ban from empire.
