  15. It happens to a lot of people so don't feel bad. When I started, it happened to me. A couple months later and I'm a mod. It's pretty easy to learn the ropes here. When you aren't taking exams, studying for exams, or playing the game; take a little time to read through the forum posts, review the rules and the rest of the Empire Guide, and the TOS and you'll have a blast and "meet" some great people.
