Disabling night vision on town plot

  1. Is it possible for me to disable night vision on my res?

    I'm attempting to decorate my reses on smp3 for Halloween and I want the light to be dim to set a spooky mood but if someone visits with an Eye of Horus or night vision potion effects it won't be a good player experience.
