Everyone has a need to put UB3 and mending on almost everything MC! I did not combine these together but when I need these both on a tool I will. It takes 2 levels if you combine Ub3 1st then mending and then takes 10 levels to put them on a tool. If you put them on separate it will cost 15 total levels vs 12, saving you 3 levels for each item you need this on.
