Upon your winning bid, you gain permissions to access chests in the sub-zone alongside the ability to build and destroy so that you may utilize shulker chests for transport, or we can arrange delivery upon full payment.

As an added bonus, you get to keep the signs and highly polished, newly minted wooden chests.
