    - Efficiency V, Fortune III, Unbreaking III, Mending
    or
    - Efficiency V, Silk Touch, Unbreaking III, Mending

    and then head to the Sir Albert's Armory, 2nd floor.

    You'll want to pickup:
    • SAA-EFM Pickaxe - Efficiency V, Fortune III, Unbreaking III, Mending.
    • SAA-STM Pickaxe - Efficiency V, Silk Touch, Unbreaking III, Mending.
    Also if you need axes I have five different enchanted types on the same floor as the picks.
