Ok, first of all sorry in advance for this:

I've been throughout every available floor of the res at /v +DSE (several times). I cannot find an access chest anywhere, or a sign that directs me to the "auction pickup floor". Will you kindly either provide me with clear instructions on where to retrieve the item, (or) mail the item to me in-game?

I'm sure not trying to be a pain in the rear, I simply cannot locate the item at the address you provided. I'm probably missing it - It would not be the first time.
