  2. if you locked the chest it would have appeared in chat in bright breen (&a color). Good luck on your outpost.

  7. I inquired of a moderator and he said I needed to talk to a Sr. Staff or Admin. I caught up with a Sr. Staff and he helped me get Est. Hope that helps and good luck with outpost :)
