How do you make signs do that weird thing with the flashing numbers

  1. i have seen signs around that have writing that changes and was wondering how you do it im not sure if you have to be a diamond/gold supporter

  2. i have seen these signs aswell, i dont know how to do this but i recomend asking a moderator like d1223m, or even Zabriel...
