    I had a residence, but it's now from MrUniverse009 !

    Can I get my stuff and residence back please?

    I can see a system log which says derelict residence 3058 was reclaimed on the 10th February, which was one of your residences, is this the one you meant?

  6. I am sorry this happened to you, your res must have gone derelict and been reset in the 19 days you hadn't signed in for prior to a few days ago.

  7. EMC Has a policy in which if you don't log in for 10 days your residence gets re-set.You have gotten re-set.

  8. Yeah the empire guide states that if you do not log in for more than 10 days your residence gets derelict. After 30 days I think your entire player info is deleted including rupees, exp, stuff like that.
