They only pull the block they're connected too, not the blocks that that block is connected too, I was talking about sticky pistons in my post.

Actually, it is possible. If you have one open piston on the top, then another closed piston on the bottom, and use redstone and repeaters to make them switch at the same time, then the rainbow would move.

Wow nice, so cute! I know what it takes to get large amounts of wool, so daunting. My Carousel has taken 20 or more stacks, and I'm still working on it.
It's not that hard really. if you're needing coloured wool, take some dye with you. triple the return per dye. Typically I was getting 3-4 stacks an hour. it will be a lot earlier in the early stages of the reset though.
