res flag help

Hello, I'm on server 8, and I'm having trouble setting up build flag (or any flag) for a particular player.
I am able to add other players, all except one, and I don't know why.

Player: mathn8ter

I type /res pset mathn8ter build true

I then get the warning message, and when I type in /res info, it shows mathn8ter should be able to build on my res. Problem is, he can't.

I have not had any problems with allowing other players to build on my res.
The issue is only with this player

I would appreciate any help.

Pm a mod

u probably spelled his name wrong.

I double checked the spelling of the name and that isnt an issue.

Sorry, I'm a bit new, where/how would I contact a mod?

I talked to one of the admins ingame, and he directed me to the forums.

t/res default first then
do /res pset mathn8ter build true,
I had the same problem on smp2!

I tried the /res default a few times already, and it still didn't help.

I'm at a complete loss here :/ .
