I was first introduced to RPG style games with Legend of Zelda on NES. I still love that game! Link To The Past on SNES was awesome too, still play it as well. Besides that, Breath of Fire I & II, Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest, Tales of Phantasia, Illusion of Gaia, and Secrets of Evermore. Dang, SNES had a decent lineup of RPG games. Talking about it makes me want to play my SNES. I guess I'll have to pull it out of the closet and give it a go. I also had some games that were um, how should I say this, illegal. My brother was nice enough to "fix" my original Super Nintendo so I could play foreign games. Since he was in Germany and I was in the U.S. we didn't always get to play the same games. He is a big RPG gamer and was always sending me titles. I don't remember most of them. I do remember this Incredible Hulk game that was fun. Never saw a U.S. version of it but the German version was entertaining. I wish I still had them.
I was lucky enough to get the Panzer dragoon saga for the segasaturn. I loved that game, and I still pull it out once in awhile to play it. But I may sell it eventually for it is raising in value. (I think its at 200$ currently) Other then that I play 360, fallout 3, elder scrolls series, eternal sonata every once in awhile, Fable series (the third one ruined it imo) and the Dragon age series. I've wanted to get into final fantasy, but I never bring myself to do it. I've heard I should start at the 7th one though.
I just picked up Fable 3 because I've almost finished 2 completely. Is it terrible? Did I waste my money? I really liked Fable & Fable 2 so I was hoping 3 was on par with those titles. Fable was cool but had some flaws. Fable 2 was an improvement in most regards but had some flaws, so I was hoping 3 would be the best of the series.
Tales of the Abyss The world ends with you Dark Souls, & Demon's Souls Chrono Trigger Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time If you have never played any of these five games, shame on you as a "gamer."
I felt like the play through of fable 3 was not up to par with the other ones. And I don't ussualy buy games for the multiplayer but the multiplayer of 3 failed epicly. But don't take it off my opinion, you may like it.
Good to know. I'll play it here soon and hopefully will like it. If not, well I bought it used for 10 bucks so nothing really lost.
