I actually don't know, but I can look. How do you tell the difference? They aren't stackable. I have never spawned any of my promo horses, but I don't know if I got this in an auction or got it from the original promotion.
If the horse was used it will not have an enchanted look on the egg itself. If it looks enchanted it means it has not been used and is more valuable than a used one. Either way i'm interested.
