Hello, EMC! Today, I am posting about my outpost. Me, and my friend have claimed a new biome, and would like to have someone who can be very active in building, and our government. The biome has a 1 block tall wall around it, and 4 small posts that can easily be removed. Requirements of having this biome is that you swear you must never depart from the outpost, (as in have your city declare independence. You are able to go to town.) and become independent. You also have to fill the entire biome with buildings. (Don't worry, it's not a big biome. It's just the oak forest, not the birch forest.) The biome is great, and has many cool features. Also, do not reply to this thread if you interested. If you are interested, the biome is on SMP6 at /wild sw, right near spawn for easy access. Contact me, as I am online most of the day. See you there! Also, the reason for filling the entire biome with buildings is because the entire idea of this project is to create a large empire with cities filling an entire biome. Please only bump once per 3 hours. And most people would feel this to be slave work from the info. You might want to list outpost info as well as what you get in return and all.
The benefits are you get a seat in the house of council, and represent your town, you get an entire biome to build a city, and I don't understand how that's slavery. If THEY want to leave they can, but the outpost remains part of the territory, unless they want a huge empire surrounding them.

They can leave, but they would have to agree that someone would control their outpost. The reason people can't make their outpost independent. Notice how I capitalized "they" in that sentence. Also, please do not reply. As I said, if you're interested, or have questions, ask me in game.
So are you looking for more outpost members ? Looking for people to join you and build in a non official non recognizable out post ? And why would you build next to a spawn "for easy access " when you make people swear they can never leave ?
Oy vey, I need to phrase these things better. They can leave the outpost. Their city can't declare independence. And we're looking for someone to build a city in this forest. And for the 3rd time, if you have questions, ask me in game.
Why should people only be able to ask you questions ingame? Part of the reason the forums exist is for easier communication between players. What if a person isnt able to get online when you are?
I don't remember the exact number, but i know outposts have to be a certain number of blocks away from spawn to be recognized. If you're going to do a bunch of work on an area, why not make it official? Would make it harder to grief, too.
