I'd like to make a suggestion that one party could sell their residence to another party. My res is what I would consider finished to a degree and I'd like to build something else. My res is nice enough that someone else would probably enjoy owning it so I'd hate to spend 2 weeks tearing it down block by block and then building up something new in its place. It would be really cool if we could sell our residences to another player. Thoughts, Comments?
