So I have the residence on utopia, 5005, that is a spawn res. I'd like to trade this spawn residence for another spawn residence on any SMP server. If you have one you'd be willing to trade, message me and tell me what the res id is. Also, I'd rather not get a corner res. I'd like the type shown below in green. ()()() ()()() ()()() The orange is spawn. It's a bad diagram but oh well, it should be understandable xD
The results show I prefer french fries is the most popular. Also I do not believe that this will be an easy trade as many of the people who have spawn reses have a ton built on them which could be problematic.

An Smp spawn res and a utopia spawn res are completely different. A utopia spawn residence doesn't hold as much wealth as a Smp spawn residence holds due to the fact that only a supporter can claim a utopia res. The reason they don't hold the same value is that there are hundreds, maybe thousands, of people trying to get their hands on an Smp residence while there are, maybe, 10 people waiting to grab a utopia residence. If you are eager to get an Smp spawn residence, I'd recommend offering more than just a simple trade for your utopia spawn residence.
I'm giving you information to help you get the residence you want. Not many people would rather have a utopia spawn residence over an Smp spawn residence.
So? I can try, right? What if you were to ask Faithcaster for their Original Dragon Egg, then I criticized you for asking such a stupid thing, then he gave it to you, you would come out as the winner.
To be fair, I never said the trade was stupid, I stated that the trade is unlikely to happen. As for asking Faithcaster for an original dragon egg, statistically speaking, he probably would never just hand over something great in value. No one would. However, no matter how unlikely it is to happen, it still has a very (and I cannot emphasize that enough) slim chance of happening.
Constantly posting negative things? According to the dictionary... Constructive criticism is the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one Looking at what deathconn said above, there was nothing offensive, non-friendly or lacking of manners in his post. He gave you his honest and reasonable opinion on the situation at hand. No need to begin arguing now. Let us get on with the point of this thread.
