Make a Mega Mall or an automatic sorter! Or combine the two of them together! What I do when I get board - I go around to different big and small shops and look for really good prices, even if I do not need the item, I buy the chest out. Become a HOARDER, maybe one day you can sell all that loot like me.

Make it look desolate and feel good about killing the environment AND getting, say, 20 DCs of clay blocks. Not hardened clay, actual clay. That'd be one heck of a challenge.
