  3. I still think you need some sort of track record or portfolio before anyone will hire you for serious jobs. I recommend making yourself some builds or posting some stuff you've done on single player so people can see your build style and your detail. I would recommend 3 builds for a portfolio, and obviously more is better but 3 is good. An imgur album would be a good way to do it.
