  1. I just got myself a new res, and one for my alt right next door. I have no Idea what to build now. Any suggestions?

    The locations are 3219 and 3285.

    • if you want a long term money entry build a mall,
    • if you want a short term money entry build a shop,

  4. I don't know what you should build, but what you could also try is hiring yourself out to others. So get people to ask you to build something for them, for a fee of course. Obviously this could have the risk of becoming repetitive but even so; might give you some new ideas and make you a bit of money at the same time.
